Lumen is a player for IPTV services you already subscribe to. You connect your own Xtream Codes or M3U provider; Lumen does not host, provide, sell, or bundle any live channels, movies, or series. This policy explains what Lumen collects and where it goes.
Your IPTV provider's server address, username, password, and any M3U playlist URL are stored only in your device's Keychain. We never see them and never send them to our own servers — they are used solely to talk directly to the provider you configured, exactly the way any player app would.
Lumen has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or physical address. What we do collect:
searchads.tools). No provider credentials, channel names, or content you watch are included in these events.wishly.tools) so we can fix the issue. This only happens when you trigger it yourself.None of this data is sold or used for advertising.
If you're signed in to iCloud, Lumen can sync your favorites, watch history, and app settings across your own devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account — we do not have access to it, and it is never sent to our servers.
Lumen stores your provider's channel/movie/series catalog cache, program guide (EPG) data, watch progress, and app preferences on your device to make the app fast and usable offline. Deleting a provider from Lumen removes its cached catalog, EPG, history, and favorites from your device.
Lumen does not knowingly collect data from children. Because Lumen only plays content from a provider you supply, parents are responsible for the content available through their own IPTV subscription.
Because Lumen has no account system, most of your data lives on your device and in your own Keychain/iCloud — removing a provider or deleting the app removes it. For questions about the anonymous analytics or attribution data described above, contact us below.
