By downloading or using Lumen you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Lumen grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Lumen is a player only. It does not host, provide, sell, or bundle any live TV channel, movie, or series. You are solely responsible for the IPTV service, Xtream Codes account, or M3U playlist you connect to Lumen, for holding any rights or subscription required to access that content, and for complying with the terms of your provider and with the laws that apply to you. We have no relationship with, and make no representation about, any third-party IPTV provider.
You agree not to use Lumen to access content you do not have the right to access, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Streaming quality, channel availability, and program guide accuracy depend entirely on the third-party provider you connect — we do not control and cannot guarantee them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from any third-party IPTV service you connect to it.
Any optional Lumen Pro subscription is billed and managed through your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard subscription terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
